The Integrity of the Tradition

The Ingwina Ferræden is a governed body with bylaws, established processes, and duly appointed officers. These structures exist not as bureaucratic formality but as the institutional expression of our commitment to friþ — to the ordered, stable fellowship that makes communal practice possible. Members are expected to engage with those structures honestly and in good faith: to raise disagreements through proper channels, to respect decisions reached through legitimate process, and to deal with officers and fellow members with the same honor they would bring to any sworn obligation. A tradition that cannot govern itself with integrity cannot transmit itself with integrity.
